Excellent case for the cost. Seems secure and easy to open and close. Only wish the combination was 4 digits instead of 3. Foam inside is easy to fit to your firearms. Should meet NYS requirements during travel.

I purchased this gun case last week for a trip I had planned. I was going to on an airplane and wanted to take my Glock 19 with me. I reviewed all of the airline’s rules, as well as that of the TSA. As I searched for a gun case I discovered that it appeared to be hassle free if I bought a gun case and two TSA approved locks. As I searched Amazon I found that the this particular gun case had a TSA approved lock on the actual case. This particular gun case saved me approximately $25, as I needed fewer locks.The combination lock was very easy to use. I was able to comfortably fit my Glock 19, 2 magazines, a 50 round box of ammo, & an additional gun lock for my pistol. If I wasn’t flying I would have been able to fit 2 additional magazines in the gun case, as well. I flew round trip without any issues with the TSA.A few days after I came back home Amazon had its October 8th & 9th sale. The sale included this item So I purchased a second gun safe for an additional weapon.You could pay nearly three times the price of this gun case if you wanted a metal one. But why waste your money. This gun case is durable, light weight & small enough to fit in a variety of places.

Happy with the product and originally ordered 2. The price is great and considering very well made. The included TSA combination lock is mediocre at best. It has a spot for a key and yet neither of the 2 I ordered came with one. The combination lock works fine, just doesn't feel that secure. I find it weird a combination lock has a key hole yet didn't come with a key.

Well worth the money to not have to worry about the airline folks causing issues at the check in counter. I have had to buy different TSA locks, and different cases and even leave my gun behind in the car due to the airline counter agent not having different opinions from the last airline agent. Save yourself the headache and worry and just buy this and be done with it.

Does exactly what it’s supposed to do and the directions for changing the lock code is very easy to understand and do. Comes with 3 pre cut foam pads for easy plucking to size for your gun/ammo or whatever you’re using it for.

Seems like a good lock box.
