Very simple to operate with excellent accuracy (checked against reagent strips). I particularly like the Ketone and Hypoglycaemic warnings, this is essential for diabetics because Ketoacidosis can appear out of the blue with possible grave consequences. If you are diabetic and want accuracy in your daily testing, this is the meter to choose so that you can be sure that you are properly monitored.

Please do not buy this product from Amazon. I have just called the UK vendor to check with them how to check the accuracy of the machine. It is clearly stated on the manual instruction that this should be done once a week, but no solution in the packaging. Response I received from UK vendor was that thousands of people calling them and they don't sell the 'Ino X's machines, only 'Ino', which reflects on the manual instruction provided with Ino X. They have tried taking this off from Amazon for the past two years with no luck. I have been advised that Imo X is sold by Chinese manufacturer but UK has no visibility to any specification, don't provide any support, nor can guarantee and advise on accuracy readings. Totally unacceptable Amazon for doing such things - Thousands of people in the UK has Diabetes and by you selling such products to all of these people, just shows that there is no due diligence checks to stop this from happening!

This product is great quality and comes with a bag which makes it super easy to take with you wherever you are going. The kit comes with a good number of test strips and lancets. The equipment is super easy to use and the monitor screen is very clear and easy to read.
