Update:Their customer service reached out and gave me a work around to make the stereo recognize when my car is in reverse. I still couldn't get their camera to work but I used the BOSS camera and it now works perfectly. I believe that since my dodge caliber is the bare bones model it wasn't capable of sending the signal to the stereo. I really like this product and would have given it 5* if the camera that came with it worked. Overall, I am very satisfied with the product and would recommend to anyone with a dodge caliber.I had it wired to their specs and it does not work. I tested the power with a voltmeter, and when car is in reverse it gets power to the camera. So I did some troubleshooting to see what could be the issue. I switched the video cable from the back up camera port to av in and still nothing. I bough a new camera to see if that was the problem. Still nothing when I put in reverse but camera does turn on at least and I can get video when I use the av in, just not the back up camera port. So either the backup camera cable port is bad or the whole head unit is. I have tried to reach out to them and they have only responded once.I like the stereo a lot, it's just not working they way it should. Such a bummer.

turns off randomly it is total crap avoid buying it it is not worth it
