Shampoo makes hair feel heavy and dry, which was a little concerning but once the conditioner was in it changed and made it so smooth as well it took the brass away and definitely brightened the blonde having white blonde hair that’s important…I guess what I disliked was the shampoo drying out my hair and making it xtra heavy don’t know if that’s normal.

LOVE LOVE LOVE !! used a box dye on my hair to get ride of my roots came out a yellow/light blonde but this shampoo left it in for ten minutes and after blow drying it and straighten, it looks like the hair dresser dyed it to finish off with silver ice blonde tones

I’ve been using this for a year now. I have ombré hair with platinum ends. I try to keep it more to my roots as my roots are brassy but this stuff is STRONG! But it’s good! Gets rid of the brassiness in one wash but be wary on light white tones as you will have grey hair. The shampoo does make my hair dry but the conditioner is pretty good at replenishing it.

As a person that ends up very orange/gold when my hair hits the sun this product is fantastic. Even after the first wash it calms the colour straight away. Highly recommended and will most definitely continue to buy.

Works much better than other similar products I've tried, doesn't dry my hair out like other brands

Do not leave on for too long or use every day , I ended up with a writd purple rinse .

I ordered 2 a shampoo and conditioner and I’ve got 2 shampoos in the order - really disappointed
