We purchased this after my two year old figured out how to undo the buckle on a 5 point harness car seat. I was abit worried about buying it after reading the reviews but I’m so glad I did. Yeah the seat isn’t the most comfortable and is quite restrictive on movement but it is so sturdy and looks a very well made safe seat and so far my Houdini hasn’t being able to escape (all be it she had tried very hard) she has tried pushing the chest piece to no avail and she is very strong for her size and age.The chest piece is a decent size but isn’t too big in my opinion shown in the picture my daughter is 2.5 years old but is tiny she wears 12months clothes and there is plenty of room for her.Overall I would recommend this car seat especially for little escapees!

Too big for 1 year old!
This is group 1 2 3 carseat but I definitely DO NOT recommend for babies aged 1! My son hated the carseat on first use! He screamed and pushed the shield away! Not to mention the shield was covering all his body upto his face! Ended up purchasing the normal belted carseat!!
