Directions
Wash and dry your hands thoroughly before testing. Insert a test strip into the Accu-Chek Instant® blood glucose meter. Use the lancing device to obtain a small drop of blood from your fingertip. Apply the blood drop to the yellow edge of the test strip. Wait for the blood glucose meter to display your blood sugar level. Record your result and dispose of the used test strip safely.
Safety Warning
For in vitro diagnostic use only. Do not use if the test strip container is damaged or left open, as exposure to moisture can affect the accuracy of results. Store test strips in a cool, dry place and keep the container tightly closed. Keep out of reach of children. Consult your healthcare provider before making any changes to your diabetes management plan based on test results. Use test strips only within the expiration date printed on the package.
