I have used the 3 different sizes of graters and the slicerI am impressed with how quickly and easily it works. The base secures securely to a countertop or table top with the twist of a knob. So far, I have used it with a block of cheese and zucchini. This was a replacement for a similar system of cone graters that had been around for 50 years and would no longer "stick" to a countertop. Even though the new shredder features a lot more plastic and a lot less metal in the base, I am impressed with its sturdiness and durability. It seems to me that quote a bit of thought went into designing a device that was easy to assemble/disassemble, use and clean.

I keep my brick cheeses in the freezer - all together in a zip lock back so I don't "lose" them. I take them out about a half hour before shredding. Please know that the shredder should turn only one way. I tried onions twice in the shredder - terrible. The manufacturer made the finger release on the suctioned piece way too small. It is difficult to get slid down. They need a much larger area. Is easy to assemble just could be easier to dismantle. The suction holds nice and tight. Cleans up easily once apart. substantial plastic housing.

I usually grate things with a rather large/expensive food processor. It’s a lot of work, cheese gets stuck and the clean up is time consuming. This portable grater came with 5 blades, is super light and works like a charm. I grated 4 blocks of cheese in about 5 minutes. Almost nothing got stuck and clean up took no more than 2 minutes. I am extremely satisfied with this grater and wish I had it years ago. Look forward to using some of the other blades. It’s worth the price just to grate cheese, all the other blades are a bonus. Don’t hesitate buying this.

This cheese grater makes having freshly grated cheese so easy! It comes with 3 different graters but honestly I've only used one because I have only used it to grate cheese. The quality is top notch. You can grate the cheese, take the grater apart and put the pieces in the dishwasher. Quick and easy! Love that it has a suction gripper to hold it to the counter too! Simple design that is easy to assemble/disassemble for easy of use and cleaning.

I am thrilled with this item. It was a game changer for me on grating carrots. The reason I wanted it for. I love the way it performed. I also like it’s size. Not too big and the suction on the counter is very strong. I like everything about this wonderful kitchen grater- slicer and it has saved me so much work.

wonderful product this is my third grater. first one did not adhere firmly to the countertop, and the cheese got clogged really easily and had to repeatedly take off , clean out the cheese in the grater , and then reattach. the second one was electric, because i have arthritis in my hands. it was very difficult for me to assemble the grater atachments in to the alotted slots in the holder. after 4 uses, the grater attachment got stuck in the holder, and i could not get it disconnected i went back to a manual, and this woun works great. easy to assemble, has 5 different grater accessories, sticks really well on the counter, and takes very little effort to grate and entire 8 oz block of cheese
