I was able to eventually get one of these working, but the first one fried on first hookup. I was hoping to create some simple rf toys for the kids, but I think I will wait on a better board(s)

bad construction
Very poorly made rc transceivers. On first powerup, the transmitter was getting no power, badly soldered power wire. Fixed that, and now receiver and transmitter were working, sort of.Forward, back and left turn channels working, right turn channel does not switch on. So, if added to a robot, no right turns, gotta keep turning left. Useless.

No documentation, not even a data sheet.
I wasn't really expecting a whole lot with this, and I wasn't disappointed. This is a little PCB 27mhz 2 channel tx and rx.Note: This transmitter doesn't have an antenna, it will burn up if you power it on without oneThe controls are simple on/off 2 channel which would be ok for some simple toys. However, I haven't even found a reliable source for the power input. I've seen a video using a 9v, and some non english doucmentation that says 4.5 -6v. Not really worth the gamble.
