very impressed with this product. Its good at eliminating the swelling and seems to have an impact.

I’ve re ordered another pack of these as I really feel the benefits straight away. They are a bit tricky to separate from the backing paper.

Do what it says but not as good as more expensive ones

Easy enough to peel off. Sticks well. Starts to warm up quickly to the point it felt like it was burning. I have been left with what looks like a rash but the skin is rough and scaly and two weeks later no improvement.

Wore these for about 2 weeks and they really did work, however now have very bad skin irritation so have had to stop using them

Not really one for leaving reviews but was really pleased with these! I have runners knee but struggle to rest it as my job involves being on my feet all day. Elevation and ice morning and night helped but my knee would hurt again as soon as I was on my feet for more than 10 mins. Yesterday I could barely walk after only 1 hour at work despite using a compression band for the first time to see if that would help.Today I put one of these on at 9am and then worked until 2pm (I am a dog trainer so I’m on my feet constantly!) and I didn’t feel any pain at all. Kept the patch on until about 4pm and then took it off. It’s now 10pm and the pain hasn’t returned. Will use daily for the next week and see where I’m at!

Effective relief,hardly notice you are wearing the knee patch it has helped me tremendously and I recommend it without hesitation.

I wore one these patches for the time recommended on the instructions. On the second day when I removed that day’s patch I had a severe rash where the patch had been and this lasted for three or four days. I now have an awful lot of unusable patches.
