EASY SET UP
I paid £13.99 for credit of £15 with 02. I have two Android phones and I wanted to use one as a spare and to find my other phone when I lose it in my home LOL! SIM was easy peasy for a friend to insert & my phone was usable within a few minutes.Instructions on the preloaded SIM were clear & easy to follow. I'm now delighted with the set up. Credit is usable for six months & topping up seems easy.Delivery was super fast & I have no complaints whatsoever.I highly recommend this kind of SIM and network as a backup for your main phone, or for whatever is required. 😊

Good quality and value
I bought this with my Nokia 105 phone form Amazon - good quality and value and easy to set up. Well packaged and delivered safely by Amazon.

Not "pre-loaded with credit"
The card arrived as promised. As delivered it had no credit, getting the credit added involved a bit of texting (from a different phone of course!) and took a while. However it did happen, eventually, and the next day O2 added an extra £5 - BONUS!

Not impressed.
I found that the card balance did not last as I much as I would have expected.

Exceptional service from simswithcredit
I use this SIM in my car, for online traffic, weather, destination entry and the like. It's slightly fiddly to set up (O2 website) but works fine. The notable point is the excellent service I received from the seller, simswithcredit, who spotted a problem that was Amazon's responsibility and sorted it out very promptly and helpfully, going well beyond what would normally be expected. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Not exactly as described
The card does NOT come pre-loaded with £15 credit. You have to text a number to get it put on. The problem here is that you can't send a text without credit, so you need to put credit onto the account first. The whole thing feels very amateurish with a sticker on the front asking you to text or email 'Maz' to get your credit added. The whole thing reeks of a scam and they still haven't added the credit to the phone, despite sending the text message yesterday. I would avoid this and nip to your local garage for a 99p sim.

Great after sale service - so unusual in this sector - use these guys!!
I misjudged this outfit totally. I had thought the SIM was a fault and gave the supplier short shrift. As it turned out their service was polite, prompt and very professional despite my misgivings. I am most gratefuland would recommend these guys to my best friend. Please don’t think this is some scam it’s not - I am a middle aged technophobe and these kind people sorted everything in quick time before Christmas. Many thanks.

Out of date Offer
Paid £15 for Pay as you Go SIM bundle of 15GB. Card came with offer showing 45GB Offer for the £15. I had to contact O2 for another reason and they informed me this offer had stopped in December 2020. Glad I wasn't relying on using 45GB. Out of date SIM card offer being posted to customers. Ordered this item early March 2021
