Chinese knockoff with brand name part number and 40 degrees out of calibration
Functionality:40 degrees out of calibration.Why did you pick this product vs others?:I thought it was reasonably priced for a white Rogers Emerson, but Quality:it's a Chinese knockoff with the same part number as a brand-name white Rogers / Emerson.I had to set it to a temperature way below zero to get it to 40 degrees.

Range is Over 10deg and sticks
Thermostat sticks stays running cold or doesn't turn on either way goes way out of range for our walkin. 47 to 34 is far to unpredictable to risk product. Avoid low cost products

No stop when reach the temperature
It is my second time purchasing it , both time no work and return to seller . But first time they refuse to give me refund . Reported never received the item where I wad send back 3 month ago through staples. Second time was send 1 week ago . Hope no happen again in 6 month .

Not a good tempature controller
This is a bad product I cannot support it and Amazon was no help . 5/17/2025 well they done the right thing and sent a credit
