I've been using Vital Proteins now for the past few years and have noticed an overall improvement in my skin and overall health. A big bonus is that its a great source of protein. I mix 4 tbsp. in with my hot coffee and it dissolved right away with minimal stirring. You can't really taste it either so it's a great way to get some added protein in your diet.

This product is easy to use in any liquid to drink. There isn't really a flavor as it dissolves well when mixed. Enjoyable.

I’ve been using this now for almost 2 yrs. I mix with my coffee every morning. It has helped with my joint pain. My finger nails are now stronger and I have also noticed better gut health.

Love this product. Been using it for about 6 wks. in my morning coffee. Bought unflavored. My hair is fuller and my hair stylist even commented that my hair was thicker and what was I using. When I told him, he said it looks great, don't stop! My nails which were very soft are starting to become a little firmer as well.

I have been using this collagen several months and thought I was getting the same size carton d/t the price point. This carton is only 9.33 ounces instead of the normal 24 ounce carton that I usually purchase for the same amount of money. I never opened it and immediately requested a refund the day it came in but apparently a refund is unavailable for this item. I should be able to get a refund d/t not opening. Amazon usually is a little cheaper than other places and that is why I normally buy from them. There is no reason a 9.33 ounce container should cost this much. I would have never paid this amount. It is on me d/t not looking at the small print but will not happen again. Nothing is wrong with the product it is just a rip off for the amount you get for the money. Buyers beware!!

I started collagen 4 months ago and it has truly been a life saver. My hair was on the shorter side after previously bleaching it and after being consistent with the powder, I really noticed a difference. It has grown so much longer and thicker and I definitely won’t stop any time soon.

This for a certainty helps with my bad knees. If I go two days without it my knees start being extremely painful again. This isn't a cure but it sure improve my ability to get around! I also noticed my hair is not falling out like it used to. I am now on a monthly subscription for it. Oh, and no noticeable taste.
