Savic Hamster Sky Navy Blue Hamster Cage 80 X 50 X 50 Cm

This is a fantastic hamster cage, all hamsters should have one. It has enough room to move around and still have plenty of toys to keep them busy. Our hamster Sparkle particularly likes the hammock which she has filled with bedding and uses as a house.. My only minor gripe is that the wheel isn't particularly good (it was very difficult to make it turn) so we replaced it with a free standing wheel we already had. It's not a cheap cage but it's very hard to find another which has the same amount of space. The cage also seems to be very secure, we always make sure that the doors to the room are shut when Sparkle is alone as she is a bit of an escape artist, but so far she hasn't been able to get close to finding a way to get out.

I am so happy with this house, it’s huge and it’s well thought out, the front side has a huge door, every house I have seen so far have tiny little doors so no access to add toys etc without lifting off the entire top, so this is wonderful, easy to add all manner of houses and toys and easy to clean. Wonderful tunnels, wheel, a nice water bottle, food bowl, ladder, plastic houses, it’s wonderful, about to buy one for my moms hamster too. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy this house.

This cage is an excellent 620 square inches of floor space, nearly 200 over the minimum for a Syrian hamster. This was my solution to the tiny cage sold to me by the pet store and little Lupin loves it! No instructions you need to squint at a small photo that comes with it and use a process of elimination to decide what goes where. Wheel either fits too high up or if low enough down rubs hopelessly against the base. One of the tabs on the tubes broke during assembly it may hold or perhaps need superglued later. Water bottle slips out of the holder. Water bottle cage clip has half broken already as well. Various gaps that are too tight for the hamster to climb through but still it has a go all the same. Possibility of a serious fall for the rodent also. OK it's a nice big cage but is too expensive considering all the flaws that you have to resolve for yourself. Not impressed with this 4/10

In theory, this item is great. It looks the part and is an excellent size for our dwarf hamster but the wheel is too hard for him to turn and the water bottle leaks so I've had to replace both of these items. Would not buy again.

My dwarf hamster managed to detach one of the bars and escape. I now fear that she will escape again. The bars can't be that sturdy if a tiny dwarf hamster is able break a bar without and chewing (overnight). This cage is a good size,pretty easy to assembled. Probably needs daily checks for escape attempts. Buy at your own risk.

Although this cage is on the pricey side, it's huge and makes a great home for your hamster. It's good fun to watch him/her running around exploring and though my hamster was initially wary of the tubes, she now loves them. I didn't assemble the cage myself and my Mum said it didn't come with instructions but that it wasn't too hard to figure out how to put it together. One thing you do have to be careful of is the big front opening - I made the mistake of not closing it on the correct row of bars, leaving a gap for the hamster to try and escape. All in all I would definitely recomment this product.

My baby Patch absolutely loves his new home, he’s been in it for a couple weeks now and adores how much space he has! He loves to sleep in the tube and has a store for all his food! Plenty of places for him to burrow. It was super easy to assemble and very sturdy he loves it so much.
