Overall good product in terms of small size, light weight, and out-of-the-box simplicity to connect and use! But while playing music, it keeps getting disconnected randomly. The online support is confusing and pathetic. I have done firmware update, plus also changed the settings as suggested on their website several times in the last two months, but I still cannot figure out why this is still happening. I just won't recommend this product. The company has refused to entertain my request for replacement or refund. Hugely disappointed :(

Product is good. It easily get connected to Android/ iphone. But sonetimes it is getting disconnected from the phone while driving. It happened many times. After 2-3 minutes It get connected again. When u r using navigation esp in a city drive this technical snag is a big problem

I was initially in dilemma whether to go for this one or the other brands which are providing similar devices.But as i have heard of the brand name of carlinkit in past I decided to go with this one.I purchased this device to connect apple car play.Initial connection took around 10-15 second and it was successful without any issue.Next time it was connected in no time when i entered the car and turn it on.You need to keep bluetooth on for this device to work.After turning off the car the light in brand name logo will go off in sometimes. Do not worry if it doesn’t turn off immediately.I have not use it for long time yet but I am hoping that this device will not disappoint.Updating the review after using it for a month. It connects without any issue most of the time. If the device doesn’t connect by its own just unplug and try to connect after 5 mins it will work.

The quality is okay, but it restarts problem during continuous use. There's no issue if you use it only for map, but when using the music system along with map, it tends to restart.

So many problems after some time it doesn't connect properly and then there is auto restart problems

I got Maruti ignis 2022 model with wired carplay and android auto support. Just plugged in the device and connected first time with bluetooth . After that it switched to wifi and i never had to bother for connection. Every time i start the car , it takes 5-10 sec to turn on and connect to my phone automatically. I listen to higher quality songs in spotify , and it never lags . Performance wise great , although never tried for long trips . At the end it has a great value for money.

Good device that has never failed to connect even once. Small form factor will easily fit and the blue light gives a cool look. Gives you the option of having a wireless android auto even if your head unit do not support wireless
