I'm sure this device works fine in most situations.I am giving it this low rating due to the fact that it clearly listed 2023 KIA Sportage as one of the models that it works with. The "instructions" sheet inside the packaging does not include that model in its compatibility list.Hoping it was just an out of date printing, I tore apart the back end of my car. Not only does the car not have certain interior trim panels mentioned in the installation instructions, but there was no plug/Jack that would fit this device wiring.My car is a 2023 Sportage EX gas engine, 2WD. Maybe it will fit a different model.
