Easy to install, works well and looks nice.
Took about an hour to install, mostly because I did it alone and had to keep walking around the car to tighten bolts and such. An extra hand would definitely speed things up. I found a couple of Youtube videos that showed how it installs. I recommend watching one of those videos just so you know what to expect.Overall it's a solid product and it all went together easily. Pay close attention to the instructions. You may think they are not detailed enough but there are. One bar is shorter than the other and the brackets are side specific. Each one is marked LH or RH for left-hand or right-hand. LH is drivers side and that is called out in the instructions.

Good price and was very promptly delivered
Came complete and delivered in very short time. Good price and was very promptly delivered. Comes with Torx T25 head wrench.Fairly easy to mount once you figure out how to do it. Instructions do not indicate how to remove "rear end siderail covers". To do so, just grasp firmly at end closest to siderail and pull straight up. They are tight but will come off since since each is mounted on pressure clips that become visible once you remove the cover. Did not need to use anything to pry them.Although not a GM produced piece, there is a "you tube" video that provides "How to" mount directions which help to understand the not too clear instructions.Suggest you split hardware for each side and for each crossrail (front crossrail is the longer one) ahead of time since you have a left and right side for each crossrail .There are 8 "tap plates" ( two for each of the four sliders) . They are inserted on slider's slots (see instruction's step 2); two of the slots are somewhat narrow and you may have to tap plate into slot . Make sure the hole on the plate is aligned with slider holes so at time of mounting crossrail's support ends to slider with screw, it "catches" and can be tightened. Same for thumb wheel (used for tightening when placing crossrails in desired position once they are mounted) Note that one end of each crossrail is adjustable so the cross rail can reach across width in question and that there is no need to tighten the screws mounting the adjustable ends.

got the job done
I needed a set of these so I could tow a roof bag to the mountains. The price was not bad for what you get. They have a nice appearance and the installation was not to bad. directions could use more pictures, but i was able to get them on regardless.

Much better than after-market racks
After purchasing my Enclave, I knew that it needed roof racks for my ski racks and tote. Driving away from the dealership I saw another Enclave with an after-market roof rack - completely destroyed the smooth styling of the vehicle. These rails look great. Easy to install, although as other reviewers have noted, the instructions are not entirely correct: 8 screws not 4, "thumb wheel" in the list of contents is called a "tie down" in the assembly instructions. I checked the parts and assembly on the counter before installing on the vehicle, so I had figured out the shortcomings in the instructions before I started climbing around the vehicle.

Quality roof rack for Buick Enclave
Great OEM roof rack for a 2016 Buick Enclave... fits the style perfectly. A little difficult to install, but overall pretty good with some YouTube instructionals. Removing the end caps without busting the little plastic alignment piece off on the underside proved impossible for me, but they remounted fine without it.

Security screws ARE not made incorrectly
Installed on a Buick Enclave with little trouble. I viewed 4 YouTube videos before installing. None was completely accurate, but I got enough information to do it correctly. Every video referred to the 8 screws as large or small. Those screws will only work where intended. The difference is that 4 of them are a security type that requires a special included wrench and a regular torx wrench will not work. Do not lose it! The hardest part is removing the rear end caps on the cars rails. Worked well with my cargo carrier.

Parts are mostly GOOD but instructions and QC are POOR
Parts fit my 2015 Buick Enclave.. but the fit of the metal tap plates into the plastic slide parts was very poor and required otherwise unnecessary re-operation of the plates and plastic parts before they could be used. I needed to buy and use a 5-.8 mm metric tap to get the mounting screws to work. The instructions and parts list, as mentioned by other reviewers were pretty bad. The You-tube video mentioned by other reviewers was NECESSARY to to the assembly since the instructions did NOT say how to remove the plastic "chrome" slot cover to begin the assembly.

Hand tightening may not be enough
Looks great. Installation instructions are inadequate. There are 4 metal nuts in the kit that are not mentioned in the instructions but need to be inserted into the members that slide into the installed rails. Watching an installation video on the internet is a good idea. Thumb screws used to tighten bars in place are not large enough to properly secure the bar under load. After one bar slipped while driving into the wind, I had to use tools to retighten it.
