The very worst phone ever. I had owned bad phones, but this is the very worst one yet. The customer service is VERY BAD!Advertised as compatible with t-mobile. NOT TRUE.This is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. I have t-mobile service and this phone cannot connect to 4G network. Customer service is almost nonexistent.I BLAME this false advertisement also on amazon. They should know better than selling this LOW QUALITY phone. That is the reason I terminated my amazon prime membership.Shame on XIAOMI and SHAME on Amazon..
