It's perfect that hair takes longer to grow up again

This did nothing for me but irritate my skin so much that I lost the top layer. No hair was removed. A waste of money and it's always annoying to return items. I wish I never purchased it. If I could do zero stars, I would.

I have a lot of peach fuzz on my cheeks and sides of my face....Through the years I have been using pre wax strips and hot wax to remove the hair.... I've tried many different brands of strips and they do a semi-decent job but I usually have to use almost the full box just for the process to be effective.. and using hot wax is messy and I hate dealing with fabric strips... But this product is a game changer... I truly can't believe that it's taken me this long to discover it.... I thought it would be a little intimidating... but once I threaded the string through it after watching a YouTube video it was go time... It literally took just moments for me to get into the rhythm of using it properly and boy does it work.... I think it took me about 10 minutes to get through my cheeks ..the sides of my face... and my chin ..and now my face is baby soft.. I absolutely love this device and if you're on the fence about it I say absolutely get it... This is my first time using it... so if it breaks anytime soon I will update this review... But as of now I completely love this device and I would recommend it to anybody who has peach fuzz on their face that they would love to be free from!!!

How to ask new charger because this is corrupted

I’m a woman who has always had a lot of facial hair and I’m always very self conscious about it. When I saw this product I was hopeful but a little bit skeptical that it would really get all the hair and also be fast. I tried it as soon as I opened the package and almost ran to the mirror to try it out…boy was I excited by the results. It took 2-3 minutes to remove all the hair around my chin and lips. I’ve spent my life trying all forms of hair removal; waxing, shaving, tweezing, laser and creams and multiple products. This was such a wonderful surprise! 10/10

Is not as effective as its cheaper counterparts

I’ve been using their wired threading kit for about a year now and have had good results. But after a while, I had to twist the charger to get it into a good position, otherwise it’d stop. This product came just in time! I used it twice so far and had the same results as their other product. I’m really glad I don’t have to keep the wire in to use it. Only downside is that there’s not enough powder for a substantial amount of usage and it comes in a plastic bag rather than a proper container. But I’ve been using the product long enough that my skin isn’t sensitive.

This gadget is a really neat idea. It was super easy to set up and load the thread. Using it is where I was not pleased with the results. If the thread is loaded correctly, it definitely removes hair from arms and legs and doesn't hurt much either. I bought this specifically for the little facial hairs on cheeks and the lovely stubbles on my chin I'm now dealing with at my age. This is when it became awkward to use the gadget. It's a bit odd shaped and clumsy to use on the face. I felt I had to turn the device and my face this way and that way just to get to the areas I wanted to remove facial hair from. Between not adequate removal and the awkwardness of using it on the face, I had to return it.
