Let me give a full and honest review of the product don't trust the positive reviews:It contains 4 flavours - Lemon, Strawberry, Orange and Amm pannaTaste - Tastes like hell very bad taste. Amm panna tastes like a spoiled kacha mango bite, Strawberry tastes like cough syrup, Orange is undrinkable and Lemon tastes like some medicine all are very badMixing - It takes forever to mix, just doesn't mix tried breaking the tablets, tried stirring it but it will take a lot of time to mixEffectiveness - Doesn't work.. simply doesn't work... No Energy level increment or not felt refreshed... Maybe it just doesn't do proper hydration.Overall not value for money stay away from this and don't trust the reviews, maybe all money is gone to brand ambassadors and not spent on health benifits.
