Good product better customer service
This zapper is great, you can hear it working. No more mosquito bites. No moths flying around. Even zaps flies if they dare go in there.The customer service from this seller is outstanding, after having this zapper and using night and day the bulb went out and I contacted them for information on where to purchase. First they answered me right back within hours and they offered to replace the bulb for free. They're shipping it out as I type. I will definitely purchase from them often because customer service means everything when a business cares about your satisfaction after they already have your sale.

More fun than watching TV.
Just hung it up today and it’s like the 4th of July. Doing an amazing job. Wanted to share video but not giving permission for them to go into my pictures and videos. Anyway it’s definitely worth purchasing it has plenty of power to do the job. Even zaps those nasty NO-SEE-UMS which is what I was hoping for. The auxiliary light is nice and bright but I wish it had a remote control or a switch in the cord to turn it on and off. Zapper and light have no switch you have to unplug it to turn it off. Kind of a hassle but I am happy with what I have if it holds up to the pressure. I plan to purchase at least a couple more for family members. Update 06/02/24 had the light for about a month now. It has been one of the better purchases I have made. Been in almost continuous use and still working like new. Very happy with this product.Update 4 months still working like new. On sale now. Buying a couple more just to have in case. Very good deal for $20.00.

This is a great bug zapper!It also has a led light on it.I ordered another one for my front porch also.I would recommend to others.

Stopped working but was replaced
Lasted about 7.5 months before it stopped working. Was pretty good until then.Edit: They sent me a new one. Amending stars for good service. They didn't ask me to but they deserve it. At the end of the day, I just want a working zapper and now I have one.

Bought several, Fragile/only lasted through 1 season.
I bought several. One dropped off the picnic table onto grass and broke. The others worked great for one summer (minus anymore drops). I went use them this year and the charging lights won’t even turn. So, only lasted1 season and 1 drop.
