The fiber powder dissolves very easily. While the pineapple flavor is not particularly strong, there is still a pleasant hint of pineapple. After mixing it up (I prefer using a blender bottle or a handheld mixer), it is not gritty and it does not have the supplement “vitamin” aftertaste you get with similar products. While it is a little pricey, I've made a second purchase of the SAKARA powder and really enjoy it. Overall, since using it for six months, it has made me more regular albeit a little gassier.

What I dislike is the warning for this product is not on website. The warning states that consuming can expose you to lead and birth defects.Now I can’t return for a refund because this information was not on website. Thanks Amazon you just lost a loyal customer

I am waiting to see effects of drinking this but I think it is worth noting that this is not a flavored drink. It smells good but mixed in water there is nearly no flavor. It’s does dissolve well.

This fiber power is excellent. Taste is light and easy. And the product really works. If I have a sore stomach it settles it from the enzymes and I feel the clearer brain-gut connection the next day.

This tastes soooooo good, and it a great way to add fiber to your diet! I have tried lots of stuff to... um... get things moving (if you know what I mean), and this works AMAZINGLY!!! I love that they use clean ingredients, and it tastes subtly like pineapple! It is super refreshing to drink in a glass of cold water, or added to a smoothie! Highly recommend!

The media could not be loaded. SAKARA fiber Super Powder is a combination of different fruits and vegetables that the packaging lists as helping with different aspects of gut health. The packaging also states that their product is made without gluten, dairy, or refined sugars. It appears the main sweetener (besides, perhaps the natural sweetness of fruit or vegetables) is Monk Fruit Extract.I prepare this as suggested by adding one scoop of powder to approximately 12 oz of water. The labeling does suggest starting with half a scoop and gradually increasing. I assume this recommendation is because adding fiber to one's diet can sometimes cause gastrointestinal upset while the system is adjusting to the additional fiber content. I found that the powder actually dissolved without lumps quickly when using a small coffee frothing handheld mixer. The result was a slightly brownish drink that was surprisingly light on flavor or sweetness. To me it had very little flavor, just a hint of fruity pineapple. The drink was not gritty or unpleasant. When I reached the bottom I noticed that a bit of the powder or fiber had settled out and required a little bit of a swirl to suspend it in the drink.With all the recent scientific studies pointing to the importance of gut health for the overall health of one's body, I can see how a supplement such as this might be helpful. So far this seems to be agreeing with my system.
