I used to make my own Kombucha and it's a lot of work and involves heat pads. Eventually just started buying it bottled at the store but it's just too expensive. I've seen these powdered Kombucha Sticks and decided upon this brand and to be honest I didn't think it would be any good.Boy was I surprised when I discovered how tasty it was and even better yet my gut appreciates it! The only downfall and truly not a biggie, but each Kombucha stick only makes up 1 cup of Kombucha. Easy fix, I simply add it to my powdered fruit flavored caffeine drink and they are wonderful together! This is truly a no brainer!

I've been trying different drinks on amazon because I tend to dehydrate easily. Hopefully I have found a way to drink more liquids and enjoy them and rehydrate myself.

I actually love the taste of this, is it helping me go? I don't know but it tastes good.

By far my favorite brand of kombucha packet.
