Blue salt
I really like sizes of the salt granules. It worked well in my salt grinder. The salt looks great on salads and other foods before serving. Salt is more complex compared to regular salt.

Small bag
I've never had blue salt before so I don't know what to expect.It is a very coarse salt. The taste is different it's not real salty. So far I've just eating it straight up just to taste it I haven't cooked with it yet.The bag is small about the size of my hand,I thought the bag would be bigger but that's okay.I heard the salt supposed to be the best salt around.
