Yummy Strawberry for Your Brain
Lately I've been sampling a wide variety of gummy treats marketed as dietary supplements. I've gone into this experiment with a high degree of skepticism, and so far nothing has managed to dispel those doubts. I'm honestly not much for herbal remedies—but I do love tasty snacks. In the case of these methylfolate gummies, I have not noticed any improvement in cognitive function or memory or focus, or my cardiovascular health, or my immunity to disease, or my mood, or my sleep. But they are fairly tasty.Would I recommend these? If you believe you need more folate in your diet, and you have a sweet tooth, then sure.
