These are fantastic and work great. I love the fact of them glowing. The charging speed is fast, sound is great, comfort is good. I love they were withing my price budgeting.

I like the design, it's nice and adorable, my issues stems within the system itself, the connection tone is a louder blip, they will connect and then I stantly disconnect and not reconnect until I manually do it everytime, the range is pretty bad also, can't walk from one end of my 3 seat couch to the other without audio being lost, the quality of the audio coming through isn't bad either, there are times where it goes kinda static, they fit nice though, feel comfortable, I've accidently fallen asleep a couple times with them in and they didn't fall out or hurt my heart either which is a nice bonus. For the price I feel a bit disappointed in the overall quality, I'm kinda glad I bought a second unrelated pair of headphones to use for the things I need and just will use these more for night time when I'm not up and walking around.Update: I use them now only for when I'm right in front of my laptop and now they're constantly cutting out on audio, yes I fully charged them too thinking maybe they were just dying, nope full charge and I lose audio non stop to the point I now don't want to use them anymore. Now just cute to look at but pointless to use🤷‍♀️

I've had them for a few months now. And while they are definitely adorable, and they sound phenomenal, these are my favorite pair of earbuds -- the point of contact between the case and the earbuds themselves is starting to wear out. Visually, they look normal, but when I got these earbuds they charged so much easier. I can be actively charging the case, and put the earbuds in. They won't charge. I can finish charging the case fully, unplug it, and put the earbuds in. They won't charge. Out and about, on my way to work? They only have 20% battery because they weren't charging properly for the past couple nights. The right earbud started having problems first, and I thought maybe the contact point just needed a good cleaning, or something, but cleaning the contact point well didn't change anything. Now both of them are having problems. I can get them to start charging if I jiggle them around in the case just right, but then closing the case jostles then enough they stop charging. I'll be on a phone call with someone, with my earbuds in the case in my bag, and the call will randomly connect to them -- I thought I'd been hung up on the first time it happened! So while they're my favorite earbuds -- I see why they were cheaper than my JLabs now.

I first wound up with one of the earbud sets that had issues with the left ear piece. After re-synching the earbuds with my phone, the left paired correctly but the volume and quality of audio was vastly different compared to the right earbud.I set up an exchange last night and got the replacement this afternoon! Pairing process was easier this time around, no issues with the left earpiece, and the quality of audio is GREAT coming from both left and right earpieces!If you get a set and they don't work right, but you really like the fit/style/really want these for whatever reason, I encourage you to do the exchange. I have very narrow ear canals and deal with multiple autoimmune issues that revolve around inflammation, so finding earbuds that actually fit, stay put, and don't hurt, is like seeking a unicorn. These turned into my unicorn.

I love this and I have the Disney the nightmare before Christmas head phones as well. I only wish this came with more ear nub sizes

They are beautiful, made very good, they sound good, the battery always lasts for my work shift at least, possibly longer, would recommend these especially for the price!
