I've been using Pears for many years now. My favorite is the green, supposedly smells like lemon, but it doesn't smell "lemony" to me. It's difficult to describe the scent. It is simply a clean and glorious fragrance.It is a soap with 200 years of heritage, prepared w. a unique process of molding and then matured until it reaches true transparency. Each bar is still made with w. natural oils and filtered for purity. It is then finished by hand and checked by eye. So what you get in the end is a beautiful, pure and gentle soap.I've been complimented when all I've done is shower - no perfume or strong fragrances.

It smells good, is good on sensitive skin and comes at a good price. It doesn’t last as long as others I’ve used but it’s not intolerable.

This has been the only soap I use for years. It's gentle and non-drying. The scent is natural, not perfumy. I can't find it in local stores so am glad Amazon has it.

We've been using this soap for years. It's an excellent cleaning soap for normal/oily skin. It leaves no residue and is a mild astringent.
