This IP camera works perfectly with my Hikvision NVR. The plug-and-play setup was incredibly easy, and the video quality is excellent. Highly recommend!

Good camera for the price
Camera is very good for the price and last longer.

It is what it cost suggests.
So from an image perspective for a $60 camera it does its job and it looks “ok”. I wasnt really expecting a lot more than ok. The only gripe i have is the 24/7 color. While the camera does do that there is a bright LED light on at all times for it to do so and thats not the case with better cameras. Thats the sole reason for 3 stars. Sure it can act as a deturrent but for the other 99.99% times it isnt its just a bight LED light on constantly in order to give you color. That i think was poor. But for a “less important area” i think the camera does its job. Its image compared to the other LTS cameras i have is very “jittery” around the edges. Played with the image some but you can clearly tell its a super cheap chines onvif cam. Cool that it does audio though. Personally i will find a random place for use

Really not worth the cost.
The camera does not detect motion very accurately. The software is very clumsy. The yearly cost to renew the cloud isn't worth it.

Infrared light dead after one night.
Brand: Marquis. Model: IPC-XD824I have three cameras Inwerang IW-IE2383. I need more IP cameras but unfortunately I can’t find IW-IE2383 anywhere, so I decided to check other brands.I connected this camera, set up picture turned OFF white light and set to infrared light. I always set sharpness to “0” to avoid edge contouring, edge hallo, so I did it in this camera also, but hallo was still present. IMO sharpness shouldn’t exist in digital cameras at all. We need pixel to pixel mapping to get the sharpest picture possible without any “Enhancements”. One star offI put this camera next to my Inwerang IW-IE2383 and checked picture. It was OK, not as sharp as Inwerang IW-IE2383, because of hallo, but is OK.I checked picture on the first night and I was good. (With infrared light. I turned white light OFF, I don’t need this light indoor). I also checked night vision with white light. Picture is in color and good enough, but light is bright and useless in my place. (Indoor). Unfortunately next night Infrared was OFF and I couldn’t turn it ON. Resets and even factory reset didn’t help. Infrared light is dead. Another star off.
