Taste is very good .

I like macha but honestly the vanilla flavor is very non-existent. You'd be better off getting the normal flavor for cheaper. Overall its macha so it still meets the standard the flavor just isn't there in my preference, and I'm not a super over the top flavor person. I just wanted it to be subtle but I just taste macha. Which I'm not mad at because i like standard macha flavor. Just when you want vanilla flavor and get macha flavord it can be a let down

This is very expensive.The product listing reads "Vanilla Matcha Organic Tea Powder" - which can be misinterpreted to mean that this is an organic product. However, when you read the label carefully and see that there is no USDA Organic label (nor Japan's JAS label), and read the ingredients list, you see that the matcha is organic, but the vanilla is not.This is also labeled as "ceremonial" grade. "Ceremonial" is a Western marketing term. There is no actual, regulated Japanese, U.S. or international standard and no definition for "ceremonial." People generally assume that a "ceremonial" grade tea is of a quality suitable for traditional Japanese tea ceremony, but a label of "ceremonial" is not a guarantee of high quality tea.I thought this matcha of only medium quality. Opening it released a sharp fragrance which accurately predicted an excessively bitter matcha with a somewhat bleached color. Not great as tea, but it was okay in a smoothie. My humble opinion is that if you're going to use a flavored matcha, especially if it's for a latte, smoothie or baking, that "culinary" grade is fine and it's not necessary to spend on what may or may not be "ceremonial" matcha. And if you want a vanilla match, there are better options at better prices.This arrived in good condition in a sealed foil bag in a small, sturdy metal tin, easy to open and close. If there is a sell-by date on the foil packet or the tin, my husband and I cannot find it.

I am not an expert on Matcha tea but I've had a limited number of different brands and grades. They all seem to taste similar to me, but that could be because of my inexperienced palate in this tea type.This tea is of high quality and has really good Matcha and vanilla taste. I put a tea spoon in 4 ounces of hot water then added four ounces of unsweetened vanilla almond milk to make Matcha latte. It was smooth and tasty.This container is a little over an ounce (30 g = 30 servings = $39) make this an expensive Matcha tea ($1.20/serving) compared to other Ceremonial Matcha teas.

The media could not be loaded. I am VERY Satisfied with this Vanilla Matcha Organic Green Tea. The tea is very simple to use 1/2 tsp (1g) is the serving size. As seen in my review pictures the delicious Vanilla Matcha powder is packaged in a sealed plastic bag that is inside a very nice Resealable Container. *NOTE: It is helpful to open the Top of the bag holding the Matcha Tea to later fold and put into the Resealable container doing this assures the Matcha Tea Powder stays undisturbed rather than emptying the Matcha Tea bag into the Resealable Container. I am Amazed by the FLAVOR. In my review video, I used a little more then 8 oz of hot water and the suggested serving size of 1/2 tsp (1g) on the Vanilla Matcha Tea Resealable Container. The Matcha Tea Powder BLENDS GREAT inside hot water. After putting in the serving of the tea it seemed like I used too much hot water. But as the Vanilla Matcha Tea powder sat inside the tea and I stirred it the tea REMAINS GREEN due to the floating very finely ground tea. The tea Flavor is very VERY NICE. I TASTE the Green Tea and I also taste the Vanilla. To my surprise the Vanilla is NOT an overpowering flavor and works very good with the green tea. This tea is very good and the bag that holds the Vanilla Matcha Tea and the Resealable Container help with the maintenance of the Tea Freshness. I have NO dislikes. I hope you find my review Helpful

Matcha Kari - Vanilla Matcha Organic Green Tea Powder - 30 grams - Japanese Ceremonial Grade Matcha, I ordered this because I drink matcha every day and I wanted to try the vanilla. I made a matcha latte with 1 teaspoon of sifted matcha and 7 oz. hot milk. I combined the matcha & milk with a powered milk frother.I can barely taste the vanilla but I think it gave the matcha a nice gentle taste. I enjoyed the drink and will go through this tin quickly with my daily matcha. The matcha was in a foil bag which I poured into the tin and sealed with the screw top lid. As much as I love this, I can not afford the current $39.00 tin.3-9-24UPDATE: 3-20-24 Finished the tin today, I got 18 teaspoons of matcha from this 30 gram tin.

This authentic Japanese green tea blended with vanilla beans brings a whole different level of matcha tasting experience. I love all kinds of tea in general. Green tea is one of my favorites. This matcha provides good smoothie mixed drinks. It dissolves quickly with hot water. The only thing this matcha lacked was the essence of the green tea quality. But it still makes good smoothie mixed drink.
