This is an awesome watch winder, it is super quite, works as described and shipping was prompted. The four modes of operation is a nice addition to its features. I highly recommend it to anyone who is on the fence of buying this unit.

Great fit and finish. Quiet as advertised, especially for eight motors. The static holders work well. Lights are nice when needed.

This watch safe box is not only elegant & beyond beautiful but it also keeps your watches looking its best & most of all Safe and sound

So far this looks nice but that’s it.Light and motors are intermittent - really very disappointed will most likely have to return.Unless their customer support really cares I would be saying stay away from this brand..Update - customer service is non-existent - received a response to send them a video of the unit failing and then nothing. I have actioned the return/replacement with Amazon - hopefully the second unit will work

Really love this winder. I see others for many hundreds more $$$ that are no better and maybe not as good!

The media could not be loaded. 2-month Update (9/17/24)After writing my initial review and contacting their customer support, they return my request by immediately sending out a new box and covered all expenses while staying in constant contact with me and even checked in again after a month of use to ensure its still working correctly. The new box works as advertises with all previous problems fixed. In fact after having the new box there were some problems it had that I didn't even know were problems. I guess the first was just a complete dud, but this one works prefect. They must have done a complete overhaul of the box in an update because there were a few changes I noticed. The only negative one for me was that they changed the design of the inserts the watches are placed being much larger. I have an average size wrist and the watches fit fine on the old inserts, but on the new ones I can no longer secure my metal band watches with clasps closed and none of my wives had a chance of securement. I had to remove the back of the insert to make it small enough to secure them, but was easy to do and doesn't damage the inserts or the watches. All in all I revised my rating and have 1 star removed for the initial issue combined with the change in inserts making it unusable as it was designed, but easy to get around.OriginalI got this and was genuinely excited but has multiple problems right away. The first watch holder pretty much exploded because the prongs don't claps tight so the slightest force it falls apart. The LED was flickering within 2 days as seen in the video, after a week it now will randomly drop to around 10% of its brightness then go super bright. After a week and a half the leather at the top around the light started peeling off. I'm not sure if I even want to test out their customer service or just return it and move on. Really really disappointed.

A beautiful piece of furniture. I can't mislead, it was larger than I expected. This watch winder and display case is much nicer than I was ever expecting. It works like a charm.

Keeps my autos wound up and ready to go. Plus it is super quiet and sturdy. Well worth the buy.
