Way too many features if all you need is simple in and out times. I don't have time to figure this out. It wants to know what schedule and shift an employee works, what is considered late, what is considered early, etc.As far as I know, it works fine, but honestly, this went straight into the junk drawer after about a week.

Password recovery: Ken helped me to recover the password and access the employee data, so that I was able to process the payroll on time.

Never got it to work

I am a disabled vet who started a private detective company. This stand alone use, offline smart time card machine, upload & download data via USB FLASH-DRIVE. The format of report is EXCEl. Smart time clock stores up to 500 finger prints + 50,000, record capacity, perfect for small business to mid sized businesses, with a maximum of 500 employees. Never have to worry about power outages either, there’s a built in back up that protects the data (including punch time reports, and employee details) no need to reset the clock,+never worry about data loss again.you can hang or not because it’s desktop ready too. 7”W-5”H. Great ,liking it so far.

THe USB that contains the software - did not work. Software did not load - and not compatible with MS windows 10. Need someone to contact me regarding using the software otherwise this machine is useless.

Overall, we are pleased with this time clock. It does not have tons of bell and whistles, but what it has works well. Most notably is the fingerprint scanner which works the first time 99% of the time.Set up was not bad at all and over the last month we have had no issues with it.We needed a basic time clock at a good price and this one was a perfect fit for us.We are pleased, and we would buy it again.5 STARS
