Disappointed
Unfortunately they are dried out. My friend said I could do something to bring it back. Not interested! Wanted to use it during paint and sip party. Looks like it would have been nice.

Crazy glow
I but any and all glow in dark items with very low expectations. That is because THEY NEVER END UP GLOWING OR HOLDING ANY KIND OF GLOW LONGER THAN A DAY. but these surprised me, later on amazed me on how well they actually did glow. They glowed and took very well to another underneath color and that underneath color comes up and comes up with a glow. Yes they work perfect with a white background, but also with black background adel and helps a picture stand out n pop a lil more. It is best to put 2 coats. I absolutely loves these and for the price can't beat it, and I've grown tired of eating money trying to find one that glowed.

Transparent not opaque at all but colors do glow brightly
Bought these for a t-shirt I was making for my daughter to wear to a Billie eilish concert. They are completely transparent, however, I started with a white base and painted these on top which still looked only white but they did glow brightly the colors that they were supposed to.

Glow doesn't last
I ordered 1 set and they had issues delivering it so I went ahead and ordered a second set...only for both to be delivered on the same day. I opened 1 and will be returning the second set because it did not do what it was supposed to. Glow does not last. Very disappointed overall.
