I got this automatic hair curler for my daughters to curl their long thin hair. It took us awhile to figure out how to set the hair in the curling iron, but once we figured it out, it was pretty easy.It was easier for me to curl their hair. I think it'd take longer if I had to curl my own hair. I like that it only takes 30 seconds to heat up and that there are 3 different settings (320, 360, and 390 degrees). My girls were excited to change their straight hair to being curly. Best part was there weren't any tangles and tears.

I still have a bit of practicing to do with this curler (I barely know how to use a regular curling iron). But with the "test curls" that I've done, it works really well! I tend to be careful with using too much heat on my hair - as higher temperatures tend to make my silver hair get a bit brassy, but so far I haven't had any noticeable heat damage, although I do use a heat protectant before use. After using the styler I will update my review, but so far so good.

I love this automatic curling tool more than I expected! After a few tries to get the hang of it, it's so easy to curl my shoulder-length thin, fine hair. It creates loose, but structured curls that can easily flip forward or backward with the push of a button. The tool has a built in timer, so you know exactly how long to hold each curl before releasing. There are three heat settings, and I find the lowest to work well for my hair. There is an 'emergency' reverse feature which allows you to quickly untangle any hair that begins to pull. The weight of the tool is reasonable without being too cumbersome, but also enough that it feels substantial. Overall I've been very pleased with this tool and would buy again!
