The media could not be loaded. I'm new to hydrogen water and only heard about it on advertisements and sports/healthy living documentaries. I was able to get my hands on this bottle and was immediately drawn to the excellent build quality of the bottle and its components. I know there are many other bottles of this type in the market but I will say confidently that this was is built extremely well. The base is extremely sturdy construction and the glass water housing is thick and crystal clear keeping your hydrogen water fresh for drinking. One thing to note is that I've tried charging this bottle with other USB power adapter and USB-C cables, which I ran into some issues, but it worked perfectly with the included adapter and USB-C cable included.The water comes out tasting great after being processed through the hydration cycle which you can run more than once if you so desire. It's hard to describe the taste other than its fresh and will be able to notice it tastes differently, but in a good way. I've only started drinking this water for a week and I will say I do feel a slight difference, significantly would be an exaggeration, but I do feel a bit more awake and lively in the morning and throughout the day, which is definitely a plus! Interested to see how I feel after a month drinking the hydrogen water. I will say this is a definite must try for anyone interested in optimizing their health and lifestyle, or anyone that just appreciates an excellent cup of water. If you are going to drink water you may as well drink the best and most optimal quality you can get.

I purchased this for health reasons. Amazing bottle with no harmful parts. Love the l bottle not plastic with BPA not just an ordinary glass but CRYSTAL glass. Itis worth every penny I spent . The customer service is just an amazing people to deal with .Love love it !! Buying more , great for Christmas gift.

Any issue I had the team was able to help me immediately . They solved my problem and was courteous and receptive . The product itself is built with high quality in mind and feel great and energized with the hydrogen water product .

I spent the money for what I thought would be the best. Worked great for 4 months and just went out. You think for the price it would be built different

Just like the manual recommends, only use R/O water. If you use water with chlorine and other things... it may create other things. I just watched a video on youtube titled "Hydrogen water MAY not be safe to drink!..." by Hydrogen for Health and it explained or to their best of their knowledge the differences between the processes or water bottles and their mechanisms. I'm not a water specialist, nor do I actually do any of the research for them but I've experienced using chlorinated water (from Starbucks) in this water bottle. I try my best to only use good R/O water, but I'm in-between places right now and can't setup my own system so I have to rely on other companies systems of filtration. The water I used from Starbucks (maybe their filters needed to be changed) after this water bottles process tasted and smelled like a pool (as the video mentions). So I guess to be able to allow a certain amount of oxygen in your water, you also allow other gases and smells as well. I keep my lid on when the process is in progress, which may affect its ability to remove ozone and chlorine from it completely (some of these bottles and I think this one may advertise this as a feature). The manual even states it's recommended to only use R/O water, but that wouldn't be a selling point. I'd expect if you spend $333 for this, and you're generally trying to improve health... you'd drink water without the chemicals they put in it to disinfect and allow it to travel through a system.Another thing is, the silicone seals didn't smell at first, but they begin to as the process this bottle performs with the lid on creates pressure, which can push the manufacturing fumes in silicone out (I think). I've noticed this with all food grade silicone (including platinum cured, but maybe to a lesser degree). I personally boiled the silicone, and constantly took it out of the boiling water so the gases could escape and put it back in for it to expand and open its pores again. There's other methods you can find by googling it.All in all, doing these two things has removed most of the smell I was noticing and tasting, and is very similar to the source water (r/o). When using water with some sort of chemical or something, it seemed to magnify it or made it more noticeable (probably due to it breaking the bonds of hydrogen??? I don't personally know).This is all based on my experience and the information others have provided. It's also subjective. Hard to tell the positive effects, but like others mention, I think I have more energy and maybe focus. I'll update as time goes on if I choose to keep it, think it's worth the money and can honestly claim what it advertises. Again, I highly suggest using purified water with this water bottle for general well being and up keep of this device. My bottle smelled like chlorine for a bit after dealing with that. Had to run the function multiple times with new water to rid the bottle of it. Also, I'm no expert and can't say what water is best for you specifically, or what water is best for this device... but I'm going off what's available today, and in the ways that's obtainable to us (specifically me).

This water is amazing 👏 I love it an drink it every day ! I had some questions and needed a replacement cord and the service is exceptional! I feel healthy an happy and this is a great product! I highly recommend!

Haven’t heard much about hydrogen before. Did a little bit of research and simply bought the best bottle available. I fall under the category, if you do something, do it right!Now to how it feels. For me it feels good drinking this, my water seems to taste different in a good way and I can sleep better, normally I have problems with that. Throughout the day there is some kind of calmness in me, not sure if it’s the water, or the weather, but I do feel more relaxed and less stressed. I can definitely feel the energy boost when going cycling, same routes seem to be significantly easier now, my Apple Watch tells me that my resting heart rate dropped after just a few days of drinking this and my blood oxygen levels are consistently higher, need to come back and check again, but for a few days of use I would say its a big change
