Nice smell

I've been using this for a few years and it's the best so far out of a number of alternatives. It's rock solid and dry. But because it is so solid I usually end up ruffling my hair to stop it looking like a sculpture.The other reviewer who says it doesn't work... maybe he was using another version, and not the "Extreme". The packaging is very similar. I'm just finishing off a "Strong" version of this, bought because the chemist I was in didn't have this. And I don't like it much.Edit:+1 I've been back for more

Wanted fragrance free hair gel.Over powering fragrance gave it away

previous version review : Brylcreem extreme hair gel is the only product that has worked to keep my short hair spiked up properly without spending half an hour and many squirts later to keep it up.New version (grey+orange tube) : New version is terrible, its hard to work with and dries up too fast. I no longer use this one and use the rest of my strong brylcreem black tube.

With my partners hair, so dry and hard to style.I use this on his hair.But make no mistake, you only need a small amount, as it goes a long long way
