This smart vacuum is very efficient. It’s not too loud and it does the job. Our old vacuum was very loud and couldn’t really pick up everything but this one is a little more quiet and picks the smallest crumbs up. It also has a mopping setting if you want to mop your floors right afterwards. It comes with a cleaning solution with the order already.This is very easy to use. It doesn’t have any complicating buttons. My 10 year old used it to clean her room without the need of asking how to use it.

Machine worked fine during first few months but is completely inoperable now. I have researched ways to correct but it still does not Work. Customer service is of no assistance!

I was skeptical at first, but the Dreame H13 Pro has been amazing. It vacuums and mops at the same time, which saves me so much effort. The self-cleaning with hot air drying actually works—I don’t have to touch anything gross. It glides smoothly, even around tight corners. Some people complain it leaves streaks or doesn’t get edges perfectly, but I haven’t had those issues. Maybe they’re expecting it to scrub like a person? For everyday cleaning—especially sticky kid or pet messes—it’s perfect. It’s not magic, but it’s easily the best floor cleaner I’ve used so far.

last update, my floors look wonderful now, I switched to using Rejuvenate floor cleaner in my H13 Pro, it still is a little loud; the people who state that it stinks, that's only if you leave dirty water in the tank, easily resolved by soaking the container a day in bleach water, one time my roller didn't get clean/dry, a piece of plastic was stuck, all these items are easy to resolve via google,The best part is it being cordless, I don't have to use mop after I vacuum, (we have 3 pets) and it cleans itself, thx, SD

Amazing machine . I have a husky and a boxer and this machine did not disappoint . Picked up all of the hair and dirt with ease, The headlight function is amazing. You can actually see spots that you normally would miss. The water was dark brown when I dumped it grosssss. I am a very clean person. ( I normally mop every day unless I am sick . I have hardwood throughout my home one throw rug. I do not use this on the rug. It is meant for hardwood or hard floor only. . Self clean is great. It works well. The brush was completely dry. I always pull the roller off to make sure that there’s nothing underneath and there was no hair stuck . It is important to note that you must I repeat must empty the dirty water cup after each use , What I do is I after I run the self clean. I clean out the dirty cup and I let it sit in my counter overnight so that it does not smell. I do a thorough cleaning of the machine after each use, including not limited to pulling off the brush roll and making sure there’s nothing under the plastic guard piece above the brush roller. I then rinse the filter. And allow to dry . Always use the little brush and check all holes where’s the cup goes for dirty water to make sure nothing is left behind . It’s an expensive machine so the last thing you want to do is have a breakdown because you didn’t take care of it. It literally takes less than 10 minutes and it’s totally worth it. Now the things that I don’t like, I do not like that You have to purchase their special cleaning solution in excess of 15$ , to me spending 500 bucks or more you should be allowed to use your own cleaner as long as it’s not a sudsy / foaming cleaner. There should also be a much longer warranty instead of 30 days because on the websites they offer, two years or more on some of the machines so why should it be any different if we are purchasing it through Amazon? That’s really not fair. Customer service needs a major overhaul and is 100% lacking. Because the higher ups are great I give it 5 stars. Isabella is amazing . . Price point is a bit high , 250-300 tops is more appropriate .

Horrible. Don't buy it. Pools of dirty water all over my floor. It looks like I'm washing my floor with water from a muddy puddle. What a waste of money

The media could not be loaded. Wow, this is awesome, I meaningfully using it for my puppy, she always accidentally pee outside the pad. I always had to dry then mop. This saves me a lot of time. And I’m putting this right next to her pad. This is so useful and time saving

I recently purchased this wet-dry vacuum, and my experience has been mixed. Here's my honest review:What I Liked:When I first used the vacuum, it performed excellently. It cleaned my floors thoroughly and handled both wet and dry messes with ease. The self-cleaning feature for the roller was impressive, and the roller dried well, leaving no additional work for me. Overall, I was initially very pleased with its functionality and design. Unfortunately, during my second use, I noticed a significant problem. After mopping, there were small grey water dots left on the floor, which shouldn't have been there. Upon closer inspection, I found that the plastic part separating the clean water tank and the dirty water tank was leaking. This defect caused water to drip on the floor while I was using the vacuum and even more when it was standing idle, with the water pooling at the base.
