Having the convenience of packets is excellent, and when traveling, it eliminates bottles

Handy, easy to carry in a pocket or drop in a shaving kit for up to 5 days of travel from home. It's as cheap as at my Dr.'s Office and I don't have to drive into town to pick it up every month. I feel better when I take it daily and I can tell when I miss a day. It tastes like blech.... but most supplements taste like BLECH! This one works for me!

Great women’s supplement!
The media could not be loaded. Love the quality of these vitmains! They contain everything my doctor recommends for me to take as I’m pre-menopausal. I love that they are packaged individually so I can just grab and go in the morning! No side effect or weird taste!

Good supplements
I use this group of supplements for assistance in absorbing vitamin D. There are 4 capsules of medium size. They are easy to swallow. I don’t notice a taste. These supplements are a good value for the money since they cover more than one supplement.
