Great bit of kit
Really easy to use but can only get 620mm vynal to use so size is a bit of a waste

Loud and no grease
Its okay but came with no grease to grease the rollers as they are incredibly stiff and one has already half snapped now from trying to move it, and the machine is incredibly loud!

Brilliant product with excellent customer service
I bought this plotter few months ago, it works great and has no trouble. Just a minor problem occurred I messaged the customer service and they resolved it promptly. I'm very happy with the service.
