Hello,Unopened/Sealed Coffee beans have a shelf life of around 6 month. Each Cubico Coffee will have a Roast Date and signed by our Roast master. This way you will know exactly how fresh the Coffee is. This is why we always have very low inventory in FBA. We sent inventory to Amazon 3 times a week. If you order FBM, you will receive Roast-to-Order Coffee. We will Roast and ship the same day to you. Thanks!

In our listing, you will find between 1000 and 1500 "meters" above sea level. We use meters instead of feet, because that is the exact number and information we receive from the source.
