More stars needed
Thank you whomever decided to create this heart monitor. While I don't sweat properly, smelling the residual back band always grossed me out.It smelled like an old band aid that wouldn't even scrubbing off.I also have allergies and the elastic part of the traditional heart monitor band would irritate my skin. Thanks to this women's design I no longer smell like old band aid. Nor do I have a red rash.

I've waited for something like this for a long time!
But why 4 stars then? I'm still kinda "iffy" on this. While it is so much better than the arm heart rate I was using and is more accurate than the built in wrist HR on my Garmin watch, I'm still not sure about this.Tbf, this is the first HR monitor strap I've used. I've only ever used just the watch HR or the HR monitor that goes on the arm just below the elbow. That being said, here are some pros and cons that I've come to notice using it 5-6 days a week:Pros:-Easy to put on-Works with pretty much all my sports bra I own (for my longline sports bra, I just fold the band under a bit before clipping it on and it has worked just fine that way)-Fast and easy to take off-I like that I'm getting a more accurate HR when working out/running-Connects easily to the Peloton app, Garmin watchCons:-Bulky/bumpy - can see it under the tank top-Certain floor work, like with yoga or post workout stretch, it's uncomfortable because you can't lay on stomach with it on for some stuff and if I'm out on trail, I don't necessarily want to take it off just to do some stretching-Can be uncomfortable at times. I often feel like I have to keep adjusting it because it's bulky and I can feel it in an uncomfortable way.-Unsure about battery life. It seems like it will be okay but after 3 uses, battery dropped to the 80% range. Be a bummer if I had to replace batteries constantly but we'll see. So far it's been okay and hasn't dropped too much so it may be the battery was older on the one I got so wasn't a full 100% when I started out.-Cost. It's quite pricey for how uncomfortable, stiff and bulky and possible chafing issues. All in all, I kept it and didn't return it because I do like the ease of clip it on and go and that my tighter long sleeve shirts don't cause a problem like with the armband. I don't like the feel of it and can't wait to take it off so I wish it was more comfortable vs it feeling so stiff and bulky and like I have to adjust it a few times and that it might chafe after wearing it for awhile - like longer runs or workouts. Time will tell if I end up liking it more but right now I don't love it but it's the better option from what is currently available to me without spending more money

Easy to clip onto a sports bra, accurate readings.
Despite mixed reviews when researching, I LOVE this HRM-FIT. It clips easily to a tight fitting sports bra, at the front and at each side and is comfortable and secure. It connected to my Garmin watch with no effort and also to my phone.Definitely more accurate than just using the wrist heart rates, and if you want correct zones for training you need correct heart rates.I like it more than the complete chest strap monitor I had before, it’s easier to wear and more comfortable for sure.

Comfortable
I own several garmin hr straps, from duo to pro. This is very comfortable and it doesn't restrict you breathing. It connects easy with my Fenix 7X or my Samsung S24. Just make sure you place it correctly or you will miss some metrics in your run. If you have poor core while running it will still produce shaffing, so keep head up and look forward. It happened to me while on a 21K race. Bottoms on the side produce serious shaffing , I guess because I have 32 C chest.

Never connects!
This strap is terrible - each and every time I try to use it for a kettlebell workout I waste 30 minutes trying to get it connect. Don't waste your time, buy something else that is readily syncable with phone and watch. Garmin, do better - this thing is garbage especially for the price!

Fit perfectly
Hi there, I’m runner and I’ve been looking for a HR strap for a long time, I heard about this one being specific for women and I have to say it’s pretty amazing.. I heard “from other women runners” that regular HR chest straps leave marks on the skin, thankfully this one doesn’t, stay in place, I really like it.

Too finicky for this runner
This HR monitor has been a headache for me, a runner. I think it's ideal when paired with a snug bra with a solid band that's the same height. But then, it kind of defeats the purpose of having a monitor that doesn't wrap around. As noted by another reviewer, it doesn't work well with the Lululemon Free to be Wild bra -- the bra band is not wide/tall enough for it to clip in snug. It's also not ideal with a bra that isn't super snug. When I clip it onto a comfortable fitting bra that doesn't strangle me, the bulk of the central clip bounces up and down, causing chafing. I tried placing the monitor inside the bra, right above the band. The Lululemon Free to be Wild bra is snug enough that this works to keep the data consistent, but it didn't just chafe, it carved into my skin. It took a week to heal and now I have a scar. I tried tucking it into an alternate bra and the data didn't register at all. I'm going back to the original model. This was an expensive experiment. It was really disruptive to my runs and now I have really weird HR data for a couple of weeks.
