Works great with airmini
Bought to use with my Resmed Airmini and it works good. I use it when traveling and have run my airmini off of a iniu 25000mah battery with a100 watt output. Cable feels well built and hopefully it'll last a long time.

Works with Anker 737
I can also confirm that this works with the Anker 737 (PowerCore 24k) to power the Resmed AirMini.

It Works (If you have the correct power supply)
I'm giving this 4 stars because they say any 65W PD power supply should work, but I have access to more than one 65W PD capable chargers and it works selectively. I had to go through a lot of them to realize that the power supply should be capable of more than 65W for it to work.Like most people who would buy this, I purchased this for a camping trip so I had to make this work with a power bank. I have a no-name powerbank with 65W PD 3.0 output that has the 20V/3.25A profile. That one didn't work. I have multiple wall chargers that are rated at 96W PD 3.0 and those worked. To make my camping trip possible, I had to buy a new Anker powerbank (Anker Prime Power Bank, 20,000mAh Portable Charger with 200W Output, Smart Digital Display, 2 USB-C and 1 USB-A Port Compatible with iPhone 15/14/13 Series, Samsung, MacBook, Dell, and More https://a.co/d/aLANA7M) .I used this Anker powerbank and with the humdifier on I got 7.5 hours of usage before the power bank ran out of battery. Next night I tried it with the humidifier off and I got 7 hours of usage with 45% battery left. It's really just a matter of using the correct power supply. And chances are that the one you have on hand may not work. It really depends on if you think it's worth spending potentially upwards of $100 more to make this work (bringing up the cost of this solution to $150), or if it's worth buying the $300-$400 power banks made specifically for the ResMed CPAP machines.I chose the Anker power bank because I can use it to charge other devices and I can carry it on flights. The power banks that are made for CPAP machines are rated over 100Wh so you will not be able to take them with you on flights

Seamless Transition to USB-C for C-PAP
I was hesitant like some others when read the reviews about this cable and its compatibility with my ResMed machine but if you use the correct charging block (not included) you will find it works flawlessly. The minimum is 140 watts. Smaller ones may work like 100 watts, but also verify your cable is rated for 100+ watts as well. This will enable you to use your C-PAP with an adequately sized battery capacity and wattage rating as well. This has come in clutch for travel!

Must use a high wattage charging brick
I've been using this when I travel with a 65w rav power charger and it's done very well. It's ability to charge my pixel 7 and power the CPAP has been a game changer on reducing the number of travel items I need to go with.

Waste of money
Bought this to use with my Airmini.Tested it with my first powerbank that met the minimum requirements. It negotiated PD with the powerbank and I was able to start my Airmini, but as soon as the airmini used higher pressure it just died.So I bought a INIU BI-B64 powerbank as it was reported working with this converter. Worked a bit better, but after one night of use it died even more easily with both powerbanks. It now shuts down even on base load from the airmini pump.Trying to return this, but it took to long to get the powerbanks that I needed and with abysmal return policy I can no longer return this product. Even though I was delivered a faulty product

24 / 7 Support ????
I bought this to power my AirSense 11 mainly from a power bank, but also a USB-C PD wall charger to reduce the overall number of chargers when traveling. Based on the listing, I also bought an Anker 747 power bank bundle which this product listing says works with it. With the humidifier and heated tubing off this cable and the 25600 mAh power bank powered the AS 11 for over 11 hours which I'm happy with. With the same settings, the 65W charger included in the bundle powered it with this cable as well. While the listing seems to indicate a 65W USB-C PD charger will work, It does have problems if you use the AS 11 with the humidifier and heated tubing on. In this case as the AS11 increases the air pressure, it appears that not enough power is delivered to the AS11 and it resets. It takes a minute until the machine comes online and starts working again. One night the AS11 reset 11 times. I turned pressure relief off, and it reset less often but still about 5 times. I have a larger 100W charger on order and will try again to see if that allows the use of heating. One thing I found is you need to plug this cable into the AS11 first, and a wall charger into the wall outlet, before you connect the USB-C end of this cable into the charger. For a battery bank you also want to plug the cable into the AS11 before you connect it to the USB-C port on the power bank. If you plug in the cable to the AS11 last it doesn't power on.The reason I'm knocking 2 stars off is more to do with the listing indicating a 65W charger can be used, when it won't in all situations, the lack of documentation with the product (there is no manual or paperwork in the box), and while the listing touts 24/7 Support, there is no email address, website, or telephone number to contact them provided. Even doing a search for "Casimy Support" only provides results for Kissimmee. I submitted seller feedback, and also submitted a request for help over 3 days ago (I wanted to see if there were Wall chargers they knew would work) but have had no response.Bottom line: While the product works for the most part, and hopefully a 100W charger will allow it to work in all situations, I can't recommend this product based on the lack of documentation and support. I have no idea how you could make a warranty claim if it stopped working during the 5 Year Warranty period stated on the listing.Update: With an Anker 317 100W USB-C charger and normal AS11 settings (humidifier and heated tubing ON), I had none of the issues seen with the 65W charger mentioned above. This makes sense given a normal AC Adapter is rated based on the output power it can provide to the device. The input power to the adapter will be more than this since they never have 100% efficiency. Another 2 days since I wrote the review, and still no response to my help request.

Great
I use this on my ResMed AirMini and it works great. I use the Llano 30000mah power bank and can get 7-9 hours of power. Doesn't work with all powerbanks though so just make sure you get the required specced banks.
