Terrible Sound Quality
pathectic sound quality and NO MS OFFICE The laptop runs fine for basic tasks, but the sound quality is awful. Speakers are extremely low and tinny — even at full volume, it’s hard to hear anything clearly. Not suitable for video calls or media. Very disappointed.

Bad Build Quality
I purchased the Lenovo V15 (Intel Core i7 12th Gen) expecting a solid and reliable machine, especially at this price point. Performance-wise, it’s decent — handles everyday tasks smoothly with the 16GB RAM and SSD. However, the build quality is shockingly poor.The laptop feels cheap and flimsy, with a plastic body that flexes way too easily. The hinge doesn’t inspire confidence and feels like it could give out with regular use. The keyboard is another letdown — it feels hollow and spongy, making typing uncomfortable. Even the touchpad seems loose and unresponsive at times.For a device labeled "Thin and Light", it compromises heavily on durability. This doesn’t feel like a machine that will last beyond a year or two of normal usage. Definitely not recommended if you're looking for something sturdy or long-term.
