Good needles to use with a bead spinner. The curve is perfect for scooping up your beads while spinning around. Nice length to comfortably hold several beads at once.

If you're serious about making bracelets then you absolutely need this in your life. This has cut down the time of making bracelets by about 90%!One piece I wish they would improve on is adding a ruler or some sort of way to measure how many beads you could potentially have on the roller... that would help a lot in quickly creating the same size bracelets.

These are easy to use and good size. They work really well with my little bead stringer bowl. They hold up fairly well before breaking.

Wasn't expecting too much from this one but my wife wanted to try. We hand string gemstone bracelets for our business so customers can have some options and not be limited to the "standard" seven inch ones you can source. Doing them by hand and bead by bead meant we could only manage six to eight an hour depending on how well the beads behaved once we set them up on a beading tray and went after them with the beading needle. Time is ultimately money and with a cheap but reasonable expected labor rate (better than minimum wage) for our costing calculations the labor was generally a few times the cost of the beads.Enter this unit. Like mentioned I did not have high hopes but just a few minutes of fiddling and you can work out the groove of the work flow. For the common seven inch bracelet you just fill the length of the tray, turn it and and run the needle through. We were able to trim the cord, add the beads, setup the needle, string them and tie it off in two minutes. If it's less than seven inches just pull the correct amount off the filled tray. If it's bigger add the few extra beads needed to the needle before you tie it off.Going from maybe ten minutes each to three or four minutes each saves a lot of time real fast. Make twenty bracelets and on the low end you saved two hours of labor if not three hours. Whats your labor rate? Even at $20 an hour target it won't take many bracelets to recoup the cost of the machine.It does not work with faceted beads, although it does mention that but I wanted to repeat it. They just bounce out. Our biggest issue was finding a long enough rigid needle that could hold seven inches of bead with space for us to hold the needle and be thin enough to pass through the bead holes carrying the cord at the same time. Depending on your bead hole drill size that may or may not be an issue. Before we found a suitable needle we shimmed the top edge up a little so it was angled up and the beads traveled down and we just picked up a few inches at a time with a smaller needle until we had captured the entire amount. Even that was considerably faster than using a beading tray.

It was not exactly what I expected.
