Worth the purchase
The description on Amazon does not do this figure justice. It is so realistic, looking a wonderful addition to anyone’s collection.

Golden archive Owl Bear
The media could not be loaded. This is a large, heavy figure with good articulation for it's size and bulk. It has alternate hands that are flat palms for bear-like poses. I use the curved talon hands for standing poses. The arms have wing structures that mesh together to create a wing effect with most arm poses. The head sculpt looks like a wise Owl character with good paint detail and overall nice detail painting of the whole figure. It seems top heavy with the big torso and smaller feet yet it stands very well for me and will stay put. I have the white barn Owl bear also, which is slightly taller but this figure has so much personality! I really enjoy handling and posing it, this is not a figure to leave in the box. It is bigger than the box actually and requires minimal assembly, snap the outer torso halves together over the inner torso. This is a gem of a figure if you like this type and is a deal for the price. I'm going to pick up another to repaint for another version!

Life changing and dynamic
If you own this, it's a conversation piece, and not just a 'how's the weather' but a full on: 'do you want your kids to prank their teachers' conversation---and if the answer is 'yes'--no judgement: most teachers need there comeuppance. If the answer is 'no' then you're probably ready for kids . . . BUT . . . you don't think you are. Let me tell you this: you're never ready for kids: they happen. And then . . . you can buy this and force them to think it's as cool as you know it is.

Great and chunky fantasy creature
Pretty posable and decently heavy, with only downsides being the limted ankles and the static beak, but it will stand out no matter how and where you display it
