Keyboard does not work
The condition it came was great. However, during set up it came to my attention that the keyboard keys are jumbled. Caps lock doesn’t work, when shift 2 I get “, shift 6 I get &. Seems most of the shift keys are off.

Worked OK, Touch Screen Inop, Easy Refund
Computer worked fine but found out the touch screen was inoperable despite all troubleshooting efforts. Screen had obviously beed replaced and had a small line of glue residue down the right edge. Return for refund was simple so that's the reason for 3 stars. Mistakes happen but I'd chalk this one up to a lack of QC if I had to guess.

Good sale - bad keyboard.
Keyboard will not work properly. I messaged Amazon, and was told a new keyboard would be on the way 2 weeks ago. I still have not received it.

Problem with the at button@ this is my 3rd sur pro disappointed
