I highly recommend it; it works great. My best advice is to take it before bed for better results.

Easy to swallow for a pack. Seemed to help with stress.

The box was clearly already opened and the product tampered with. When I requested a refund, GNC made it as difficult as possible to return by sending me a label that I need to find a printer to print out, then repackage the item and go to a post office to return. Its’s a consumable product!! You can resell this anyway! Also there is no reason you couldnt send me the bar code to return this at Whole Foods or kohls.

First time trying this product. I have try there multi vitamins and there pretty good. The box was damaged I'm hoping not of the bags are damaged. Not happy how my box was.
