This is so so so much better than a tennis ball for working out those sore muscles! I typically use a foam roller to stretch out, then place this ball on any tender areas that need release. I've used it almost daily for months now and have worked out several knots that effected my mobility. Yoga is much easier now. It's amazing how such a tiny thing can be such a great help!

My back is always tight from lifting weights for many years. There are few balls that can pull out the trigger points or knots. If not done over time you will have injuries like imbalances bad posture and muscle pain. This ball takes out the knots that are extremely hard places to get or reach. Due to muscle anatomy. The size and hardness are what give it its unique functionality. I have a few others but they are of bigger sizes and and similar and lesser hardness. All serve their purpose for mobility work.

I would give it 5 stars if there was more of a grip to it. It’s very smooth, but gets the job done. I will keep it, but I have another one that is more weighted and has more of a grip that I prefer. This one is very light weight and good for travel.

This ball works really good for your glutes. Massages the muscles. I have sciatica and this really helps.

My physical therapist recommended a lacrosse ball to help release muscles like my QL. But many were just too small to help me. This one is the perfect size to help release muscle tension. Just perfect for me!

Breaks the fascia ! Feels good on the back !

This is a crappy product I returned. I have bought & used several massage balls. This is cheap & crappy, almost hollow, with not enough mass or grip or density or quality to be effective.
