The best coffee machine!!
The media could not be loaded. I was looking for a coffee machine to I found this one!! This coffee machine is amazing, I had other model and I upgrade it to this beauty and I am so happy. The coffee taste it is amazing and the temperature of the coffee como out really hot. Easy to clean, and super easy to make good variety of coffee!

Very Disappointed w/Amazon
I purchased the Nespresso Gran Latissimo for various reasons - 1)easy to use with coffee pods, 2)automatic drink selection, with and without milk,3) awesome price -48% off the price of a new machine. Now for the bad, the machine was a used model which arrived in a plastic bag inside an Amazon brown box,, but very well padded. They luckily sent a copy of the manual because you’ll need it to set it up and start using it. When I called Amazon customer service to inquire about the warranty that’s when I became upset “no warranty, no returns” no where did it say no warranty on the Amazon site. I think had I known this I would just have ordered the new unit at full price but had a 2yr warranty on my purchase. Amazon needs to be more transparent that they are selling used unit through a vendor and they have no warranty. I feel like I was deceived by Amazon. Could have gotten one for less on FB Marketplace, there are numerous for around half on what I paid Amazon.I’m lucky that the machine powered on and I’ve brewed about 5 drinks w/o an issue but for $340 I would have liked to know there was no warranty on the item and allowed me to make the decision if I wanted to risk my money on an open box unit or pay full price w/the full 2yr manufacturer warranty.

Directions are too tiny
I wish I would have realized that the writing/directions to use are written so small, I had to either take a pic & look on my phone to enhance it or use a magnifying glass. Written by a 52 y/o.

Read the instructions!
Best nespresso machine out there but the controls are not intuitive- read the booklet and auto clean the milk dispenser each time (takes only 5 or 6 seconds). The end product is so worth it!

Definitely not an upgrade Lattissima
I definitely should've listened to other reviewers and saying that they had constant issues with their Nespresso DeLonghi Grand Lattissima.We had used an old Lattissima for years and wanted to upgrade - huge mistake. Nothing but issues after the first time we tried to descale it. Now we have to factory reset it every time we want to use it and it's only six weeks old, two weeks past the return period on Amazon. :(
