Beautiful product- very sturdy and easy to put together - it took me about 10 minutes. Packaged well, with clear instructions as well as a small screwdriver, a nice extra touch.

Very high quality. The bottom has sufficient weight to remain sturdy. The bars are thick and the connections are seamless. I bought another towel stand that was more expensive but had exposed screws and wobbled.

This is,by far, the most sturdy and useful standing towel rack worth every penny! The brushed nickel is classy. The knobs at either end are helpful no matter how you position a damp towel. The air flow space between the bars is great for drying two towels. The dual height was perfect, too. The base looks good and is not tippy. I had no problem assembling this by myself. The instructions are easy and clearly defined. A handy little screwdriver is included, which was a nice convenience. I also like the space saving aspect. Happily, no marking, no measuring, no drilling into walls installing towel bars.

I love the simplicity, practicality, and the style…but like others have said, it needs CONSTANT tightening or it wobbles and the rack poles become misaligned, basically crooked, not parallel to each other as they should be. It’s a serious pain the butt.Each pole comes in two pieces that screw together in the middle and have to be aligned perfectly with the other rack pole before you tighten their anchor screws under the marble base, but the poles never seem to be tight enough to stop from moving out of alignment, no matter how tightly they are a crewed in at the bottom. I actually stripped the screws trying to get them tight enough! They should make the poles one piece and fix the design flaw with the anchoring, because it’s a 2 pronged problem.
