Provides an extra layer of protection for the Nikon D850 while being affordable.

No complaints, the material has a slippery finish upon first install but seems to have worn away. Was afraid it would of made it harder to get a good grip but seems to have broken in. Collects some dust but protects as it should.

I am not sure, I if I will keep it or not. While it fits the camera fine, it covers all the buttons so in the night you can't see the illuminated buttons and that is a deal breaker.

It bought this because when I traded in my last camera, the shop made a big deal about how worn the paint was (although the camera itself had just been practically refurbished). I hope it preserved the look of the camera. The only thing I would recommend is that you know the buttons very well because when they are covered, the color is all black and sometimes hard to read in certain lights. Since the Nikon D850 is so hard to get and such an excellent camera, I would recommend protecting it any way you can.

Bought it right away for my D850 and I’ve had it for 2 years now! Hardly any wear and I take my camera everywhere.

Great protective case for my camera.

I bought the cover to protect an expensive camera and it certainly does that. Its easy to install and quite comfortable to hold and use. The push-points align nicely with the camera buttons and are easy to operate. You lose functionality with the illuminated button features however. Still, one drop and you'll not be wishing you could still see he buttons. I suspect the cover will well protect the body from normal wear and tear and help preserve a higher resale value. I am disappointed that the cover is incompatible with the battery grip. I don't have confidence that the cover can be nicely cut to accommodate the grip........ So.... do I go with the $360 battery grip or the $30 body cover....... I'd snap up a cover that secures the body and grip in a New York Minute.
