I’m 5’3 weight 165 waist 36 and ordered a large. Fit just perfect. And you can also adjust if you need too.

No, it mainly focused on my top area and I added in squats to hit my lower tummy.

Q: How come my order didn’t arrive on time on June 4 but is now telling me to wait threw June 5-9?

There was a problem within the shipping and delivery. They must be working it out. Just a guess.

i wear mine either way depends on what im wearing since i mostly use it for work i put it atop my leggings but i put my tank top over it
